Iconic American-made Red Wing work boots with all the style of the originals, now easier to break in

Even if you've never owned a pair of Red Wing boots, you're probably aware of the quality of their boots. Their reputation is no accident, it's a result of a century's worth of premium quality footwear built for hard work. Since first appearing in 1952, the 6-Inch Moc has been coveted for its tough construction and all-day comfort—enjoying popularity among farmers, factory workers, and anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet. The new models are made in America to the same standard as the originals, and maintain their distinctive style. This 6-Inch Moc is designed to break in quickly to get that form-fit, customized feel in a shorter amount of time and continue the legacy of durability that made Red Wing what it is today.

  • The modern version of the original Red Wing 6-Inch Moc
  • Soft full-grain leather upper is water and stain resistant and breaks in faster without compromising toughness
  • Oil-tanned leather is made with minimal finishing materials, which creates a distinctive natural look and feel
  • Polyurethane Traction Tred outsole shapes to your foot
  • Unmistakable Moc-toe construction that hasn't changed in 70 years
  • Goodyear welt construction so they can easily be resoled if needed
  • Built on a no. 23 last, Red Wing's most iconic shape created in 1950
  • Nickel eyelets hold their place and won't wear down the leather
  • Made in Red Wing, Minnesota
  • Upper: Oil-tanned leather
  • Footbed: Leather
  • Midsole: Cork
  • Outsole: Polyurethane Traction Tred
  • Eyelets: Nickel

S.B. Foot Tanning Co. is best known for oil-tanned leather which is used to build a variety of timeless Red Wing styles. This leather is water, stain and perspiration resistant, and has a more natural look and feel because less finishing materials have been applied, allowing its natural beauty to shine through. Oil-tanned leather is exceptionally durable and has been used to build countless work boots throughout Red Wing's 108+ year history.

  • We recommend taking one half size down from your normal sneaker size
  • For example, if you typically wear a 9.5, take a 9 in Red Wing boots
  • When you first put them on, your Red Wings should have a snug fit in the upper with enough room to wiggle your toes. Over time the full-grain leather upper and leather footbed will mold to your foot for a custom fit
  • Cleaning, conditioning, and protecting your boots will increase their longevity so you can enjoy them for longer
  • Use warm water and a brush to remove dirt from footwear and dry with a cloth
  • For heavily soiled areas, apply Foam Leather Cleaner with a cloth or brush, wipe cleaner away with a damp cloth and allow leather to dry
  • Apply a light, even coat of All Natural Boot Oil, Mink Oil, or All Natural Leather Conditioner to leather with fingers, cloth, or sponge
  • Lightly mist footwear with Leather Protector six to eight inches away from the leather in a sweeping motion
