High-quality sashimi knife designed by a master blacksmith

Master Shin’s Anvil was the brainchild of Shin In-Young, a fifth generation blacksmith in South Korea born into a family that has been in the business for over 175 years. They produce high-quality farm, kitchen, and everyday tools designed with function in mind. And if you ask us, they're works of art all on their own. Made for making neat and clean cuts when preparing fish, this sashimi knife can also be used for thinly slicing fruit and vegetables. When it comes to delicate work, you’ll be happy to have this knife in your collection.
