A Chinese all-purpose santoku cleaver built to chop, cut, crush, and more

As the oldest cutlery manufacturer in the USA, Lamson knows a thing or two about knives. They've channeled their 185 years of experience into this Chinese all-purpose cleaver, built to breeze through chopping, cutting, crushing, and slicing tasks in the kitchen. Made from Lamson’s proprietary hi-carbon American steel that’s cut, ground, polished, and sharpened in their Massachusetts facilities. It doesn’t get more authentic than that.
