USA-made khaki pants modeled after the original WWII chino

The Jack Donnelly brand was built with one singular mission: to make the best damn khakis you've ever laid your hands on. Toss out those ill-fitting dad slacks and mass-market chinos designed to fall apart within the year, these USA-made threads are here to take the style and longevity of your wardrobe to the next level. An extremely well-built take on a classic silhouette, these Twill Straight Chinos are as versatile and reliable as a Fender Stratocaster or a cast iron skillet.

  • Classic khakis inspired by the original WWII chino
  • Made using old-school American manufacturing techniques for a truly built-to-last construction
  • USA-made twill fabric woven from 100% cotton
  • Plain weave twill has tightly-packed diagonal lines on the face
  • Slim through the seat, thigh, and leg with a tapered leg and finish
  • Not too full, not too slim, but the perfect amount of room for maximum comfort
  • Deep on-seam front pockets made from genuine drill cloth
  • Cut-in double welt back pockets
  • Coin pocket adds to the classic khaki design
  • YKK golden brass zipper on the front
  • All sizes have a 32" inseam
  • Handmade in USA
  • 8.5 oz 100% cotton twill
  • The Twill Slim Chinos have a slim, tapered fit that's true to size, take your normal size in chinos or size up for a roomier fit
  • All sizes have a 32" inseam
  • If you're between sizes we recommend you order the larger size and utilize the washer and dryer to shrink them down a bit
  • For an ideal fit, measure your best-fitting chinos and compare them to the chart below
28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 38
Waist 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 36 37 39
Front Rise 9 10 10¼ 10½ 10¾ 11¼
Inseam 32 32 32 32 32 32 32 32 32 32

All measurements are in inches.

  • Please follow care label instructions inside your khakis
  • With repeated wash and dry your khakis will tend to shrink a bit—if this happens, simply hang khakis to dry and they will return to original shape
  • To limit wrinkles without ironing, lay khakis on flat surface and allow to air dry, or promptly remove khakis hot from the dryer and fold
  • If your khakis feel tight out of the dryer, don’t worry, as they will loosen up after initial wear
  • Ironing is not a necessity in caring for your khakis, but if you prefer ironing, we recommend high heat for khaki twills
  • If you choose to dry clean, khakis will maintain a fuller, longer fit than if home laundered
