Comfier than denim, and sewn from hard-to-find Japanese fabric

Indigo’s an ancient, natural dye (the earliest known examples go back to 4,000 BC) with a pedigree that ranges from luxury silk-road goods to the “blue” in blue jeans. Outside of denim though, indigo still seems criminally underrated. Flint and Tinder’s looking to turn the tides with smart, indigo-dyed shirts like this ridiculously comfortable button-down. In a soft, midweight fabric that starts out lookin’ great and only gets better as the indigo wears in, it’s a handsome go-to you’ll be reaching for year-round.

  • Made from hard-to-find, Japanese basketweave fabric—for a textured, seriously soft wear
  • Midweight, comfortable shirt jacket that’s a great extra layer year-round—from breezy summer nights, to chilly fall days in the yard
  • Indigo dye for a cool, lived in look from the first time you throw it on
  • Woodshell birdseye buttons for a distinct, classic look
  • Two chest pockets—one with a flap and one without, perfect for holding pens and other EDC pieces
  • Two sleeve buttons for an adjustable fit around the wrist
  • Durable double-layer collar
  • Back pleat for extra range of motion
  • Cut and sewn in Indonesia
