Enamelware has kept outdoorsmen and homeowners well-equipped and well-fed since the 19th century. The elegant Enamel Teapot is a handsome statement piece that’s destined to elevate the previously-mundane task of boiling water for your hot beverage of choice. This teapot arrives in a simultaneously rustic yet modern charcoal with a hand-finished stainless steel rim with a patina that only gets better with age.
The enamelware rim is heat-treated to create a bronze-like patina finish. Both the plate surface and rim can be stripped of its unique coloring by acidic foods, such as lemon, and some harsh detergents and cleansers. Enamelware is dishwasher safe, but Barebones recommends hand washing to help maintain the original look and feel of the pieces. Use a gentle, natural cleanser. Soak in warm, soapy water to help remove any residue. Gently wipe away residue. Avoid using abrasive sponges or brushes, as this may scratch the surface.
Barebones is all about feeling the dirt in your hands, feeling the stars shining down on you out in the backcountry, and finding time to enjoy the simplest pleasures that life and nature have to offer. Their carefully considered line of camp tools are handsome enough to hang on the wall, and are built to withstand a lifetime of use from the backcountry to the backyard. We’ve curated an all-star lineup of their goods, purpose-built for chopping, cutting, cooking, illuminating, sawing, drinking, dining alfresco, and so much more.
