What happens if it is too late to modify or cancel my order?

If we are unable to modify or cancel your order, you'll have 30 days upon receiving your order to return it for a refund.

As long as your order is not currently being processed and packaged at our warehouse, a member of our support team can change your shipping address for you. Please provide your order # and the correct shipping address when contacting support.

We ask that you double check your shipping address when placing your order as many of our orders ship via USPS. Once an order has shipped from our warehouse via USPS, we are unable to reroute your order or modify your shipping address.

Your Order Confirmation Email will have your Estimated Delivery Dates. We work really hard to meet or beat these Estimated Delivery Dates.

Items that are in stock (e.g. products in our Apparel Essentials, Gear Essentials, Gift Shops, and select Featured Sale brands) are typically delivered within 3-7 days of your purchase. In order to bring you exclusive savings and a fresh rotation of new brands and products each week, some of our offerings are pre-sales — meaning we receive shipments from our suppliers in batches — which often extend shipping times by a week or two.

How do I find the estimated delivery date?

The estimated delivery date is located below the "Add to Cart" button for each product. We strive to ship your order out to arrive during the estimated delivery date. After placing your order an email will be sent to your email address associated with your Huckberry account. We will also provide you with the estimated delivery date in your order confirmation email. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking for your order.

What shipping provider do you use to ship?

We primarily use the United States Postal Service to ship merchandise. The USPS can generally get a package anywhere in the 48 continental states within 2-4 business days including Saturday. On occasion, we'll ship using UPS or Fedex. For international orders, we typically ship using DHL.

How much does shipping cost?

Some products ship for free. Most orders ship for $6.98 or less — in other words, you can buy as many items as you want in one order, and they will all ship for $6.98 total! Sometimes products we sell are bulky or heavy or fragile and we need to charge an additive shipping rate, which will be clearly stated in the bottom of the product description. Additive shipping items are additive to any standard shipping items in your cart. Please email [email protected] if you have more questions.

How much does International shipping cost?

Shipping costs for orders outside of the U.S. cost $25. Some items due to their weight and size and items that are fragile will ship for me. To determine the shipping cost, add an item(s) to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. After entering your shipping address, the calculated shipping rate will be displayed in step 3 in the Express Checkout.
Please also note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional fees, tariffs and brokerage fees on top of the postage charges. These additional charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Only received part of my order

There are some items that may be split off and shipped separately (like posters, umbrellas, wabi pots...), so don't worry if you get an email that part of your order has shipped. You will receive a second shipping confirmation email when the remaining item(s) have shipped. If you are concerned about the remaining portion of your order, please use the contact form below or email [email protected] and we'll be happy to help.

What is a short shipment and how does it affect me?

“Short shipments" are when a brand ships Huckberry fewer items than we initially agreed upon once the offering period is over. If your order was affected, we will notify you by email within a few days after we receive the short shipment. Those members will receive a full refund to their credit card and Huckberry will also credit their account with $10 Huckberry credit. We strive to establish long-term relationships with both our members and brand partners, so we do not take 'short shipments' lightly and will do everything in our power to correct the problem. Thank you for your understanding.

Damaged upon arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please use the contact form below, email us at [email protected] or call us at (415) 504-3400. Please provide your order number, the name of the product, the date of the purchase, and details of the damage. We will work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.

We accept returns for eligible items as long as they're returned within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Items returned must not have been worn, altered, washed, damaged, and must include all original packaging and tags.

We offer two forms of refunds (not including cost of initial shipping):
a) Huckberry Store Credit with free return shipping, or
b) A refund to the original form of payment less a $6 return shipping & processing fee

Don’t stress. If your item was received damaged upon arrival or not the item you ordered - we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
